I am writing this information because I am tired of seeing soo many people not even get the chance of getting and interview for a job, let alone a decent job and salary. I have seen my friends, and family members, including my parents and grand parents apply for job after job after job after job, only to hear Nothing back from anyone about getting hired or atleast an interview. Then when they follow up with the potential employer about their resume or job applicatoin, they find out that it has been lost and forgotten about. I am also an owner of a successful masonry construction business in Florida and I have to deal with hiring new employees. I have soo many guys telling me, "I have no job and 5 kids, I'm losing my house, I haven't worked in over 6 months" and on and on. It makes me sad that I can't help them all. All of the applications look about the same and with so many applications it is hard to pick the right one with so many potentials having great experience.
America's Unemployment rate is about 9.6%. That makes puts about 15 million people are out of a job and means that if you're looking for a job, your only 1 out of about 15 million in Our Country alone, not to mention the rest of the world. The only way for anyone to get noticed and have a good chance of landing a job is to stand out above the rest. They could do this with their cover letter and follow up. This is what we as employers see first when choosing a candidate for a position.
The big reason your not getting noticed is because 98.7% of job candidates are making the same mistakes when creating their cover letters. I accidently stumbled on a great product that very few people are taking advantage of and I think it will help everyone that can use it. It is a simple type of software program that creates a very nice cover letter that will stand out above the rest and creates follow up letters as well. One lady I read about lost her job and paid some other company almost 200 bucks to put her resume and cover letter together and sent dozens out every day for months and got no results. Then she used this company and said she got the job and got her back to work. Another lady here in Florida said she got several interviews and she could take her pick of which job she wanted.
